Old media imaging

So on my TODO list is to take some old SATA/PATA HDD drives and CD/DVD discs and make images of them before putting them in an archive.

From here see mount optins:

conv=noerror,sync,iflag=fullblock

Note that 64k seems to be a good pick for `dd` block size.

Disc images will be named disc-001 and HDD images will be named hdd-001-1 (the last number is partition number).
