It also resolves any dependencies that you might have (as long as it can find them). You can get it at www.ximian.org
Also the Ximian Desktop is quite good, it includes red-carpet, evolution (outlook type thing) and a few other apps.

Most of that ships with Fedora (1 and 2). I had to add the Mono channel.
