It's a shame that windows programmers call the high level windows 'forms'.
I wish they had called them 'screens' or something more heavily associated with UI.
Because the word 'form' is so useful in modeling business documents.
It's a shame that I have to call my Client Screen a Client Form and then pick a weird name like Client Card or Client Register to describe a Client Form.
Oh, did I say Client..? I meant Customer.. there we go again with words that have many meanings.
I use the word 'client' to refer to the software application that connects to a 'server'. But I also use the word 'client' to refer to the 'customers' that I manage.
Picking good names for things is hard. All the good names are taken!
