My brothers and I headed out to Newcastle to visit my grandpa on the weekend. He's having major sugery on the 19th, and we wanted to give him our best wishes.
Grandpa threw a few curly questions our way, such as how much DNA was required for an identifiable DNA sample, and which came first, the chicken or the egg.
Being one of those guys who thinks I should be an authority on everything, I had to find out the answers when I got home. Turns out that the egg came first, and you don't need much DNA for an identifiable sample. Check out how DNA evidence works.
