I've only ever worn an Australian Rugby jersey once.
It was at my parents place, and I put on the one that my brother owns.
I don't own one.
I have to say, that there really was something special about putting it on.
I almost felt cheap, and undeserving. I felt false. Like I hadn't earned the right to be wearing that jersey.
A dream that I will never live is to run on to a football field wearing an Australian jersey. But man, what a dream.
I can't think of a single thing in my life that I would be more honored to do.
At any rate, I'm going to watch the Wallabies whip the Kiwis tomorrow, and my Dad is bringing down an Aussie jersey for me to wear to the game.
I'm pretty excited.
I've never owned an Aussie jersey, and I've never gone to a game wearing our colours before.
