By the end of today, I will have 2 servers, 3 workstations, 1 notebook and 7 monitors on my 3 desks (that I sit in the middle of).
Last Friday, I read about the config section handler by Craig Andera (via Don Box). I was inspired to write some software that I've been meaning to write for years, that is, something that would help generate config files and the class library / UI for working with them.
I worked for 40 hours over the weekend, and have all but finished it. I expect to release it (open source, public domain style) by the end of this week. I'm not sure how I'll go about doing that yet. Perhaps I'll look into creating a project at source forge (something I've never done before and know nothing about) or perhaps I'll just dump it on www.jj5.net.
Anyway, today is a good day. A new computer, and two new monitors. Sweet!
John.
